Site visits are the most important first step. Owner Steve Rich and his employees are always available to answer questions. Many variables go into our pricing, tank size/contents/obstructions to tank (retaining wall, walkway, trees, shrubs, etc).
- We want to know! You want accurate pricing so we take the time to ask questions and gather all the information needed to accurately price out the tank removal.
- A written proposal will be emailed to you for your review. — we include as many scenarios, however likely or unlikely as we can in our contract. While not every issue may apply to your job, we don’t want you to have any surprises on the day of the removal.
Why don’t we give you a flat rate?
Flat rates are often inflated to cover things that may not apply to every job. In an attempt to be fair and only charge for exactly what was incurred on your job, we visti the site and go over with you your concerns.
